Body 1.6 mm; fore wing 1.8 mm; hind wing 1.1 mm. Head. In dorsal view, 1.7 × as wide as median length, 1.5 × as wide as mesoscutum, smooth. Eye in lateral view 1.4 × as wide as temple medially. POL 1.4 × OD; OOL 3.2 × OD. Face 1.8 × as wide as high. Clypeus 3.0 × as wide as high. Paraclypeal fovea reaching halfway distance between clypeus and eye.
