Ariadna solitaria Simon, 1892 Ariadne solitaria Simon, 1892: 556 (Immature holotype from Saint Vincent Island [13°15'N; 61°12'W], Saint Vincent and Grenadines, deposited in NHM 1894.10.17.72, examined). Ariadna solitaria— Petrunkevitch (1911: 131).— Bonnet (1955: 737).— Beatty (1970: 482).— World Spider Catalog (2018). Note. The holotype of A. solitaria was examined and, confirming the information presented by Beatty (1970: 482), it is an immature specimen. This is the only known specimen of Ariadna collected in this locality, and although its resemblance with A. arthuri , the macrosetae pattern of the legs I‒II is different.
