Lipkius holthuisi Yaldwyn, 1960. Distributed in south-eastern Australia (Kensley et al. 1987), Tasmania (Hanamura 1989); New Zealand, including the Chatham Islands (Yaldwyn 1960) and the sub-Antarctic Region, from the Campbell Plateau and between the Bounty and Antipodes Islands (Webber et al. 1990); 366–1700 m.
