Geographic distribution: Australasia; Eurasia; North and South America. Chilean reference: González-Acuña et al . (2010). Other significant references: Złotorzycka (1970); Price et al. (2003); Grossi et al. (2014); Palma (2015). Remarks: A molecular study by Grossi et al .
