Summary: | 110. Styraconyx haploceros Thulin, 1942 Styraconyx haploceros n. gen., n. sp. (Thulin 1942) Terra typica : Celtic Sea (France, Europe) Celtic Sea: • 48 ° 43 ′28.00′′N, 03° 59 ′ 31.80 ′′W; 0 m bsl: [FAO 27] France, Brittany Region, Roscoff, tidal zone. Jørgensen & Møbjerg (2014) • 48 ° 39 ′N, 02°02′W; 0 m bsl: [FAO 27] Type Locality: France, Brittany Region, St. Malo [Saint-Malo], supralittoral zone, lichen ( Lichina pygmaea ) mixed with red algae ( Catenella opuntia ). Thulin (1942), Kristensen & Higgins (1984 a) Record numbers (Sea/Ocean classification): Celtic Sea: 2; total: 2. Record numbers (FAO classification): FAO 27: 2; total: 2. Remarks: This originally, poorly diagnosed species was redescribed by Kristensen & Higgins (1984 a) based on type material. However, the type material was in poor condition and therefore not all morphological details were visible. This species needs further redescription based on new material from the type locality, and it has recently been reported near the type locality. It is an intertidal species known only from the Celtic Sea. : Published as part of Kaczmarek, Łukasz, Bartels, Paul J., Roszkowska, Milena & Nelson, Diane R., 2015, The Zoogeography of Marine Tardigrada, pp. 1-189 in Zootaxa 4037 (1) on page 102, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.4037.1.1, http://zenodo.org/record/233519 : {"references": ["Thulin, G.
