Summary: | Strigamia hirsutipes (Attems, 1927) References for morphology: Attems 1927, 1938; Verhoeff 1935; Takakuwa 1938, 1940. Taxonomic notes. Described originally as a species of Scolioplanes, it was assigned to Strigamia by Crabill (1953). Other specimens have been identified, and the validity of the species has never been questioned. Distribution: Sakhalin island, Hokkaido and Honshu. Published records from Indochina (Laos, Vietnam) are quite likely erroneous and based on specimens of a different species of Strigamia, whose identity is uncertain. ... : Published as part of Bonato, Lucio, Dányi, László, Socci, Antonio Augusto & Minelli, Alessandro, 2012, Species diversity of Strigamia Gray, 1843 (Chilopoda: Linotaeniidae): a preliminary synthesis, pp. 1-39 in Zootaxa 3593 on page 15, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.214898 ... |
