Umbrina dorsalis Gill, 1862. Longfin Croaker or Longfin Drum. To 40 cm (15.7 in) TL (Jiménez Prado and Béarez 2004). About Bahía Asunción, southern Baja California (Robertson and Allen 2015) to northern Peru (Robertson and Allen 2015), including southern parts of Gulf of California (Walker and Radford 1992).
