HYCOM-ECOSMOII(CHL) a marine biogeochemical model for the North Atlantic and the Arctic model code and configuration

We present HYCOM-ECOSMOII(CHL), a marine biogeochemical model for the North Atlantic and the Arctic which is employed as a forecasting and hind casting tool for the regional configurations for the North Atlantic and the Arctic incorporating coarse to high spatial resolutions. Here we provide the sou...

Here we provide the source code for the physics model HYCOM and an intermediate complexity N(utrient) P(hytoplankton) Z(ooplankton) D(etritus) type biology model, ECOSMO. Model configuration and outputs for the simulated years of 1990-2010 including post-processing scripts. : We acknowledge HYCOM (HYbrid Coordiante Ocean Model) community as the model we present here is derived from the original HYCOM source code.
