The studies were carried out with 60 patients aged from 1 month to 3 years in the somatic department at the TashPMI clinic. The diagnosis is based on anamnestic data, objective, clinical, neurological and psychodiagnostic studies. In our study, we used the scale for assessing the neuropsychic development of G.V. Pantyukhina - K.L. Pechora - E.L. Frucht. The results according to the psychodiagnostic technique showed a delay in sensory and speech development and a violation of fine motor skills. Delay in psychomotor development for 1 epicrisis period in the main group was detected in 34 sick children (57%), of which 19 (32%) boys, 15 (25%) girls.
