description D. olivacea (Tullberg, 1871) – Isotoma olivacea Tullberg, 1871: 151 AK Weber 1950; Hurd 1954; Hurd & Lindquist 1958; Bohnsack 1968; Ryan 1981; Toda & Tanno 1983 YT Hammer 1953 NT Hammer 1953; Danks 1981 NU Davis 1936; Hammer 1953, 1953a; Addison 1975, 1977; Ryan 1977; Danks 1981 MB Bird 1930; McClure 1943; Hammer 1953 ON James 1933; Folsom 1937; Maynard 1951 QC Sharma 1964; Stainer 1969 Remarks: In older publications, Isotoma olivacea was frequently recorded all over the Holarctic (Potapov 2001); recent findings are restricted to Europe and Greenland. The occurrence of true D. olivacea in the northern Nearctic needs confirmation.
