Cook, coastal forest, flight-intercept trap, (1, JCC). Catops paramericanus was reported from New Brunswick and two sites on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia by Peck and Cook (2002). It is newly reported herein from the mainland of Nova Scotia (Fig 10).
