Summary:The dry type collection of the NHM contains the imaginal syntypes of Capnia oklandi Morton 1923 from Novaya Zemlya (Morton 1923). Morton cites 4♀ no. 130, 3♀ no. 174, 1 nymph no. 175 and 1 nymph no. 178. The seven imagines are preserved, four of these labelled as ‘TYPE’. Two of the latter, and one of the specimens not labelled as type, lack the abdomen.
