NBW_SNPS_filtered_imputed_haplotype_analyses.vcf.gz - Filtered and imputed SNPs for haplotype analyses. Filtered for quality, non-biallelic sites, autosomes, structural variants, max-missingness 0.1, minor allele count 2, minimum scaffold length 50kb. : We recommend using "Evaluating population structure in the northern bottlenose whale, Hyperoodon ampullatus, using genomic resequencing data" (10.5281/zenodo.5719248), as these data were consolidated after revisions.
