Added the possibility of writing limiting factor files. Added more arguments (kdyn, uocn and vocn) to the call to icepack_step_therm1 to make it possible calculating sea-ice bottom drag even when ice dynamics is not being calculated by CICE and to calculate bottom diffusion of heat and nutrients as a function of shear.
