The file PanArctic_Simulations.zip includes the source code of CryoGrid permafrost model (Julia Language v. 0.6.4) and a start script with all parameter and forcing data (JSON) required to run the model for industrial sites located in Arctic permafrost regions. The file Case_Study_Norilsk.zip includes the source code of CryoGrid3 permafrost model (Matlab) with all parameter and forcing data required to run a site simulation for permafrost thaw underneath a hypothetical tank facility with climate data from Norilsk - Russia. The file Figure_S4_S5.zip contains a data subsets of industrial sites and contaminated sites in Alaska as well as scripts used to fit a point process model to the data. The file Figure_3_S3.zip contains a data subsets of industrial sites and contaminated sites in Alaska and scripts used to analyze the occurrences of contamination and industrial activity in the permafrost regions of Alaska. The file Figure_4 contains data and scripts to analyze permafrost degradation at industrial sites in the Arctic according to simulations performed with PanArctic_Simulations.zip and data contained in Industrial_Sites.zip. The file Figure_S4_S5.zip contains a data subsets of industrial sites and contaminated sites in Alaska as well as scripts used to fit a point process model to the data.
