Diagnosis: The anterior side wavy yellow bands on female metasomal terga are obvious, sometimes these bands are interrupted in middle on T1–T5 (Fig. 3e), female clypeus yellow, but with a black large maculation in middle (Fig. 3c), propodeal enclosure highly tessellate, punctures shallow and indistinct, posterior lateral margin of axilla and posterior margin of scutellum yellow (Fig. 3d); male is similar to Anthidium ( A. ) pseudophilorum sp. nov. , but lateral lobe of T7 longer, recurved and spiniform (Fig. 4f), median spine of S7 much shorter than submedian spine (Fig. 4f), T2 puncture density lower and size larger in basal half.
