Version 1.1 is associated with the first revision of the manuscript (September 2020) that led to an additional figure (new Figure 10) in the paper. For details see additional notes. : In the revised version of the manuscript a new Figure was included. The Figure10new*.nc data sets were therefore included in the new version of this repository. The old naming of the files referring to original Figures 10 and 11 were adapted accordingly. They are now called Figure11new*.nc and Figure12new*.nc. A bug in the metadata of Figure9*.nc was fixed.
