Each row represents one day starting October 10, 2006. dailyEQtab_p3.csv contains modeled daily runoff with the simple aquifer model integrated in the Noah-MP code. final_aq_ft3.csv contains modeled daily runoff with the statistical aquifer correction. runtabDef.csv contains modeled daily runoff from the default (unmodified) version of WRF/Noah-MP. orca-inputs-new.csv contains runoff and other WRF outputs used as inputs in the ORCA water system model. make_all_plots_1.R contains code to make plots 3 through 6 and S2 in the paper, as well as most of the tables in the paper. new_aso_alldata.R contains code to make plot S1. noah_aggregate_runoff_2.R contains code to make plot 2 in the paper. sample_makegrid.R and getbasin_for10year.py contain code to aggregate the gridded WRF outputs into reservoir watersheds. app.R contains code for a Shiny webapp for interactive visualization of the data. : Funded by NSF grant CNS-1639268 Text Orca DataCite Metadata Store (German National Library of Science and Technology)
