| Summary: | Files in this folder include representative output in the form of .nc files, and the DIC module developed and presented in Mortenson et al., 2018. In addition, a namelist file is included which is accessed by the DIC module (near the bottom of fabm.nml), listing the parameters tested in sensitivity analyses and their settings for the standard run. Note that DMS modules will likely need to be removed. Output titles include the standard simulation output (standard4b.nc) as well as output from sensitivity runs. The names of these output files correspond to runs described in detail in Mortenson et al., 2018. The DIC module was run within GOTM/FABM as developed and presented in Mortenson et al., 2017 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.825274). The DIC module is meant to be accessed through FABM in the directory /src/models/uvic/. |
