Apical horn straight and long. Antapical horns bend at an angle and run lateral-posteriorly. Due to the bend, a shallow notch is formed between the proximal parts of the antapical horns. Distally, all three horns are parallel to each other (Fig. 2l). Distribution: Sundarbans 36, Tamil Nadu coast, India 8, 10, Gulf of Mannar 9, Bay of Bengal 6, 13, Great Nicobar Island, Andaman Sea 21, Indian Ocean 11, ROPME Sea Area, Iranian coastal waters 25, Mediterranean waters 26, Black Sea 27, Vitória-Trindade Seamount Chain, South Atlantic Ocean 35, Gulf of Mexico 15, Mexican waters, Pacific Ocean 33, Australian waters 31, Caribbean Sea 32.
