Summary: | All supporting tables for the article entitled: 'INTO THE BLUE: EVOLUTIONARY ADAPTATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DIVERSIFICATION OF BALEEN WHALES' Table S1. PAML results Species – Results for the branch-site tests for all the 10,159 cetartiodactyla orthologous genes on seventeen species; candidate genes of each group (Mysticeti, Odontoceti and Land) are shown on a different sheet. Columns signify the likelihood ratio test (LRT) value, w0 is ω Zero where the value for the lineage can be 0, wF is ω Foreground where the value for the lineage can be more than 1, wB is ω Background where the value of the lineage can be between 1 and 0 and Sig is when the value of the test is significant or not depending on the model and the LRT value. For each test, three likelihood-ratio tests were estimated based on the critical values for each model. When all three models are significant then the gene is considered a candidate gene. Table S2. PAML results Branches – Results for the branch-site tests for the sequences present in ... |
