In a world struggling with the urgent need to combat climate change, nations have made significant commitments to reduce emissions and mitigate environmental impacts. These commitments are crucial to achieving the goals set by the Paris Agreement, aimed at limiting global warming to below 2°C. Despite these commitments, the situation remains far from optimistic as total emissions have continued to reach new peaks since 1990 . In 2023, the Antarctica witnessed its lowest recorded levels of sea ice ever, while the International Energy Agency predicts that CO2 emissions will again hit record level in 2023, with the exact peak remaining uncertain.
