Canada: AB, BC, LB, MB, NF, NT, ON (NPR), QC, YT. USA: AK, NH. Collection and Habitat data. The NH specimens were collected from high elevations of usually 1524–1737m from June to September—most specimens were taken in September. Found in Vaccinium, dwarf Betula, leatherleaf litter near a lake; in Salix, Vaccinium, leatherleaf litter; in Vaccinium, leatherleaf litter with moss and grasses; in dwarf Salix litter; and in Alnus and Spirea litter; in litter along stream.
