Summary: | This dataset contains input and forcing files to reproduce simulations with the iceberg extended Alfred Wegener Institute Earth System Model (AWI-ESM) published in https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2023-2061 "fesom" contains dimensions, coordinates, and scaling factors for each simulation with interactive icebergs from the above-mentioned preprint. "land_ice" contains ice sheet model output and ice sheet model basins to derive initial iceberg coordinates. "restart_from" contains restart files from a longer pre-industrial spinup to restart the interactive iceberg spinup from. "scripts" contains runscripts and config files to recreate the simulations as well as plotting scripts for recreating figures. Additional information on how to recreate the simulations is given in the runscripts. Some of the postprocessing and plotting scripts are derived from tripyview (https://github.com/FESOM/tripyview). Hence, tripyview, as well as pyfesom2 (https://pyfesom2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), as given in "modules," need to ... |
