Nærværende datamateriale omfatter de fælles variable for de sidste 8 omnibusser.De omtalte baggrundsvariable omfatter: respondentens køn, alder, civilstand, beskæftigelsesmæssig status, indkomst og indkomstform; husstandens sammensætning; husstandsindkomst; husstandsoverhovedets beskæftigelsmæssige status; boligtype og urbaniseringsgrad; uddannelse; antal børn i husstanden (under 15) samt børnenes alder; husmoderens beskæftigelsesmæssige status; social gruppe; besiddelse af have eller sommerhus; radio i husstanden; Radio Merkur; samt partipræference.De specielle spørgsmål i de enkelte busser omhandler følgende emner: Omnibus nr. 05 (DDA-1263): Danmarks rolle i, medlemskab af og bidrag til NATO; regeringens virke; den danske skattebyrde sammenlignet med andre vesteuropæiske lande; foretrukken dansk skuespiller og skuespillerinde; holdning til indkomststigning sammenlignet med andre indkomstgrupper; samt levestandard. Omnibus nr. 06 (DDA-1264): Holdning til ejerlejligheder; foretrukken politiker som statsminister, udenrigsminister og finansminister; holdning til offentlige tilskud til landbruget; holdning til en reduktion af antallet af landbrug; samt lommepenge og karakterpenge til børn. Omnibus nr. 07 (DDA-1265): Regeringens virke; brug af naturhelbredere og behandlingstype; samt besiddelse af og læsning af Bibelen. Omnibus nr. 08 (DDA-1266): Boligudgifter; antal værelser i boligen; om respondenten kan svømme; kendskab til førstehjælp i form af kunstigt åndedræt samt hvor respondenten har lært dette; hyppigste årsag til ægteskabelige konflikter eller succes; holdning til dansk medlemskab af EF (med eller uden Storbritannien); samt holdning til en folkeafstemning om EF medlemskab. Omnibus nr. 09 (DDA-1267): TV-programmer; Berlin-krisen; samt forventninger til 1963. Omnibus nr. 10 (DDA-1268): Danmarks bidrag til Grønland; hvad Danmark har forsømt i Grønland; regeringsindgreb i overenskomstforhandlingerne; holdning til tvungen voldgift, lovindgreb eller en arbejdsmarkedskonflikt; holdning til grundskyld; samt holdning til kompensation ved indførelse af grundskyld. Omnibus nr. 11 (DDA-1269): Partipræference; undervisning i førstehjælp; risikoen for at en verdenskrig snart bryder ud; regeringens virke; holdning til Danmarks medlemskab af NATO; samt atomprøvesprængningers mulige indflydelse på dårligt sommervejr. Omnibus nr. 12 (DDA-1270): Regeringsindgreb i overenskomstforhandlingerne ved lovindgreb eller tvungen voldgift; forventninger til 1963 (landets økonomiske situation, egen levestandard); holdning til automatisk dyrtidsregulering; holdning til Danmarks eventuelle medlemskab af EF (med eller uden Storbritannien); samt forventede udgifter til julegaver : Danish Gallup Omnibus Data 1962, Part 2 comprises 8 of the 28 omnibus surveys carried out by the Danish Gallup Institute in 1962. #In the months January to April, the Danish Gallup Institute carried out approximately one omnibus survey per week, but starting in May the frequency was changed to one omnibus survey per month. This part contains the last 8 monthly omnibus surveys, whereas the first 20 weekly surveys are found in DDA-0254: Danish Gallup Omnibus Data 1962, Part 1. # #Each survey contains a number of demographic variables common to all the surveys of that year, as well as a number of questions dealing with topical events.
