Summary: | Ex-vessel prices are post-season adjusted price per pound for the first purchase of a commercial harvest. Ex-vessel values are weighted average estimates based on best available data for administrative area, and applied to the administrative area as a whole. Here, ex-vessel prices for all five species of salmon (pink, sockeye, chinook, chum, and coho) are included, spanning from 1984 to 2015. Data are included from all of Alaska and are presented annually by region, including the following regions: Alaska Peninsula, Bristol Bay, Chignik, Cook Inlet, Kodiak, Kotzebue, Kuskokwim, Norton Sound, Prince William Sound, Southeast, and Yukon. The Prince William Sound administrative area includes Copper River. |
