Stable isotopes dynamics of diapausing Calanus spp.. A Canadian Healthy Oceans Network Population Connectivity project, PC-08
These data were collected at a fixed station near Rimouski located in the middle of the Laurentian Channel (340 m) of the St. Lawrence Estuary (Québec, Canada). Deep-dwelling zooplankton (100–320 m) were collected with a vertical plankton tow using a 0.75-m diameter plankton net, 202-mm Nitex net eq...

CVs and newly moulted adults were analyzed for d13C and d15N signatures as well as lipid, carbon and nitrogen content.
