NOTE: The file "Genotypes_Dryad.txt" contained 6176 SNP genotypes for all 1335 samples used in submitted analysis. 40 samples from the Foyle River were provided for use in the analyses, but were not authorized for redistribution. These have been removed, and a new version of the file is now available at https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.gm367.2 ---Foyle River samples are available from Dr. Dennis Ensing at Agri-Food & Biosciences Institute, Fisheries & Aquatic Ecosystems Branch . Any use of the Foyle River samples should please be approved by Dr. Ensing.
