Проведен анализ результатов культивирования тихоокеанской устрицы (Crassostrea gigas, Thunberg) в Чёрном море. Рассмотрены материалы по истории развития марикультуры моллюсков, биологии и экологии исследованного вида и способах его выращивания Представлены методы получения спата (молоди) устриц в искусственных условиях Чёрного моря: индукция нереста производителей с помощью температурной стимуляции и с помощью индукции нейротрансмиттером - серотонин-креатин-сульфатом. Исследованы закономерности линейного и весового роста в период личиночного развития. The results of cultivation of the Pacific oyster (Crassostrea gigas, Thunberg) in the Black Sea were analyzed. Materials about the history of the development of mollusk mariculture, biology and ecology of the studied species and methods of its cultivation are considered. Methods for obtaining spat (juvenile) oysters in artificial conditions of the Black Sea are presented: induction of spawning of spawners using temperature stimulation and using induction with the neurotransmitter - serotonin-creatine sulfate. The patterns of linear and weight growth during the period of larval development were studied.
