The TRIAXYS Wave Buoy TAS04641 was deployed on 2018-07-09 at Notre Dame Bay. Notre Dame Bay is located on the northeastern end of Newfoundland. To the south, it adjoins the Bay of Exploits. This device is a Wave Buoy. Wave buoys provide measurements of wave conditions. Measurements include wave height, period, direction, and spread. It was deployed on a mobile platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
