Целью данной статьи является рассмотрение вопроса и оценка развития жилищного строительства, тенденции развития. Авторами был проведен анализ текущего состояния жилищного строительства в Красноярском крае и России в целом. Сектор строительства является одним из важнейших отраслей экономики, на долю которого приходится 5 % ВВП страны. Жилищное строительство, в свою очередь, является одним из важных секторов строительства в России, особенно в таких густонаселённых динамично развивающихся субъектах страны как Красноярский край. В последнее время рост темпов строительства жилья увеличивается, застраиваются целые микрорайоны и жилые комплексы. Жилые дома строятся с применением различных материалов и технологий строительства, разной этажности и конфигурации. В работе показаны некоторые проблемы жилищного фонда на рынке недвижимости Красноярского края и показаны новые подходы к их решению. Решение этих проблем поможет сделать Красноярский край более привлекательным регионом для вложения средств, инвестиций, а также, что немаловажно, комфортного и безопасного проживания. Несмотря на негативные тенденции, сложившиеся в настоящее время в сфере жилищного строительства Красноярского края перспективы развития данной сферы, достаточно, обширны. : The purpose of this article is to consider the issue and assess the development of housing construction, development trends. The authors analyzed the current state of housing construction in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Russia as a whole. The construction sector is one of the most important sectors of the economy, accounting for 5% of the country's GDP. Housing construction, in turn, is one of the important sectors of construction in Russia, especially in such densely populated dynamically developing regions of the country as the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Recently, the growth in the rate of housing construction has been increasing, whole microdistricts and residential complexes are being built up. Residential buildings are built using different materials and construction technologies, different number of storeys and configurations. The paper shows some of the problems of the housing stock in the real estate market of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and shows new approaches to their solution. The solution of these problems will help to make the Krasnoyarsk Territory a more attractive region for investment, investments, as well as, which is important, comfortable and safe living. Despite the negative trends currently prevailing in the field of housing construction in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prospects for the development of this area are quite extensive. : Экономика и предпринимательство, Выпуск 10 (123) 2020
