Кадровое обеспечение российской Арктики является прежде всего приоритетной задачей для развития самого региона. Однако, в связи с возрастающей значимостью региона для социально-экономического развития страны в целом, решение кадровых задач в Арктике становится приоритетной мерой на уровне страны. Количество утвержденных программ для поддержки Арктической зоны РФ становится следствием таких утверждений. Однако пандемия внесла существенные изменения в реализацию программ, в том числе, в Арктике. Руководством страны было принято решение о сокращении объемов финансирования программных мероприятий. В результате, дальнейший тренд кадровой обеспеченности Арктики становится трудно прогнозируемым. : Staffing the Russian Arctic is primarily a priority for the development of the region itself. However, due to the increasing importance of the region for the socio-economic development of the country as a whole, the solution of personnel problems in the Arctic is becoming a priority measure at the country level. The number of approved programs to support the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is a consequence of such statements. However, the pandemic has made significant changes in the implementation of programs, including in the Arctic. The country's leadership decided to reduce the amount of funding for program activities.
