Новый этап освоения Северного морского пути, единственной магистрали, связывающей субарктические и арктические районы Российской Федерации (РФ), предполагает развитие транспортной системы, в комплекс которой входят все реки, впадающие в Северный Ледовитый океан. Несмотря на многочисленность и обширность речных бассейнов в РФ, их значимость для эффективной деятельности экономики страны, проблема профилактики травматизма плавающего состава речного транспортного флота нашла свое научное отражение в исследованиях небольшого числа практических врачей, отдельных ученых и медицинских научных коллективов.Целью настоящей работы стал анализ современного состояния научных исследований по этому вопросу на основании 116 публикаций, изданных преимущественно на русском языке за период с 1901 по 2018 год. Их поиск и отбор проведен в каталогах Центральной научной медицинской библиотеки Первого Московского государственного медицинского университета им. И.М. Сеченова (ЦНМБ) Министерства здравоохранения РФ, отечественной электронной библиотеке научных публикаций eLIBRARY.RU и электронных поисковых системах Index Copernicus, PubMed и ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.Динамика научных публикаций рассмотрена в разрезе 12 десятилетий: 1901–1910, 1911– 1920,… 2011–2018. Дана их характеристика по водным речным бассейнам. Предложена примерная схема оформления индивидуальных протоколов пострадавших по формированию целевой статистической выборки. Дана комплексная оценка роли Архангельской научной школы в укреплении здоровья и сохранения кадров транспортного флота. Рассмотрены перспективные направления научных исследований по профилактике заболеваемости и травматизма. : A new stage in the development of the Northern Sea Route, the only highway connecting the subarctic and arctic regions of the Russian Federation (RF), involves the development of a transport system, the complex of which includes all the rivers that flow into the Arctic Ocean. Despite the large number and vastness of river basins in the Russian Federation, their importance for the efficient operation of the country’s economy, the problem of preventing traumatism of the members of vessel`s crew of the river transport fleet was reflected in the studies of a small number of practical doctors, individual scientists and medical research teams.The aim of this work was to analyze the current state of scientific research on this issue based on 116 publications published mainly in Russia for the period from 1901 to 2018. Their search and selection was carried out in the catalogs of the Central Scientific Medical Library of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov (CSMB) of the Ministry of Health of the RF, the national electronic library of scientific publications eLIBRARY.RU, and the electronic search systems Index Copernicus, PubMed, and ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.The dynamics of scientific publications is examined in the context of 12 decades: 1901–1910, 1911– 1920,... 2011–2018. Their characteristic is given for river basins. An approximate scheme of designing individual protocols of victims for the formation of a targeted statistical sample is proposed. A comprehensive assessment of the role of the Arkhangelsk school of science in promoting health and maintaining personnel of the transport fleet is given.
