Результаты исследования растительных макроостатков из культурного слоя посадской части города Берёзова (XVII–XVIII вв.) : Research Results of Plant Macrofossils from Occupation Layer of the Posad of Beryozov in the 17th–18th Centuries

Проведен археоботанический анализ проб из русского города Берёзова, расположенного в подзоне северотаежных лесов Западной Сибири. В результате из 29 растительных образцов и 8 проб культурного слоя определено более пяти тысяч остатков плодов и семян, 27 таксонов растений, для каждого образца получены видовые списки (семенные комплексы) растений, макроостатки которых встречаются в культурном слое посадской части города. В образцах наиболее часто встречаются семена пищевых растений, произрастающих в окрестностях города: брусники, голубики, водяники, княженики, морошки, малины, черемухи, кедра. Культурные злаки представлены овсом, который завозили в город из южных областей. Из европейской части в город завозили семена хмеля и орехи лещины. : The archaeological and botanical analysis of samples from the Russian town of Beryozov is made. The town of Beryozov is situated in the subzone of the north taiga woodlands in Western Siberia. As a result, from 29 plant samples and 8 samples of the occupation layer, more than five thousand remains of fruits and seeds, 27 taxa of plants are identified. Lists (seed complexes) of plants for each sample species are obtained, the macro-residues of which are found in the occupation layer of the posad part of the town. In the samples, the most common seeds of food plants growing in the vicinity of the city are lingonberries, blueberries, crowberries, Arctic raspberry, cloudberries, raspberries, bird cherry, and cedar. Cultivated cereals are represented by oat, which were brought from the southern regions. Hop seeds and hazelnuts were brought to the city from the European part.
