В статье рассмотрены подходы к определению понятия цифровизации, сформулирован авторский подход, который описывает процессы цифровизации и ее результаты. Авторами выявлены ключевые проблемы цифровизации северных регионов Российской Федерации: кадровая обеспеченность и уровень развития цифровой инфраструктуры. Определено, что среди арктических регионов лидирующие позиции по кадровой обеспеченности и уровню развития цифровой инфраструктуры занимают регионы с низкой плотностью населения (Ямало-Ненецкий, Ненецкий и Чукотский автономные округа). Однако кадровая обеспеченность арктических регионов в целом ниже среднероссийских значений. И для решения данных проблем необходима согласованность действий при разработке региональных программ и стратегий компаний, осуществляющих хозяйственную деятельность на северных территориях, в том числе реализация проектов на основе государственно-частного партнерства. ... : The article discusses approaches to the definition of the concept of digitalization, formulated the author's approach, which describes the processes of digitalization and its results. The authors identified the key problems of digitalization of the northern regions of the Russian Federation: staffing and the level of development of digital infrastructure. It is determined that among the Arctic regions, regions with low population density (Yamalo-Nenets, Nenets and Chukotka Autonomous Districts) occupy the leading positions in terms of staffing and the level of development of digital infrastructure. However, the staffing of the Arctic regions as a whole is lower than the average Russian values. And to solve these problems, it is necessary to coordinate actions in the development of regional programs and strategies of companies engaged in economic activities in the northern territories, including the implementation of projects based on public-private partnership. ...
