Wetlands and associated aquatic habitats play vital roles in the Corpus Christi-Aransas Bays estuarine systems, serving as essential biological components. Understanding the spatial and temporal distribution of these habitats is crucial for effective protection and management. This report presents the findings of an investigation aimed at determining the status and trends of wetlands, intertidal flats, riparian woodlands, shorelines, and dredged-material rookery islands in the CCBNEP area.
