Ультразвуковое исследование проведено с целью изучения анатомо-морфологического строения общей сонной артерии (ОСА) и толщины комплекса интима - медиа (КИМ) ОСА у эвенов Арктической зоны Республики Саха (Якутия) в зависимости от возраста и пола. Установлено, что диаметр левой ОСА больше диаметра правой ОСА; прирост толщины КИМ ОСА с возрастом происходит больше в левой ОСА у обоих полов. Средний возраст, при котором наблюдается утолщение комплекса интима - медиа до 1,0 мм и более, в целом для всех групп составил 58,73 лет, что на 5,2 года позже, чем у жителей Центральной России. : An ultrasound study was conducted to study the anatomical and morphological structure of the common carotid artery (CCA) and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) among Evens of the Arctic zone of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) of different age and gender. It has been established that the diameter of the left CCA is larger than the diameter of the right CCA; the increase in the carotid IMT occurs more with age in the left CCA in both genders. Average age at which thickening of the intima-media complex to 1.0 mm and more occurs, in general, for all groups was 58.73 years, which is 5.2 years later than for residents of Central Russia. : Якутский медицинский журнал, Выпуск 1 (69) 2020
