Статья посвящена исследованию проблем и стратегических перспектив формирования и развития, морских транспортных узлов в российской Арктике. Значимость работы усиливается ускоряющимся освоением сырьевых ресурсов Арктики, в первую очередь углеводородов, а также прогнозами изменения климата, в своем большинстве предполагающими смягчение ледовой обстановки и улучшение транспортной проходимости арктических акваторий. В отличие, например, от Канады, где тоже существует проблема развития морских коммуникаций в так называемом Северо-Западном проходе, в России освоение арктических пространств всегда проводилось с формированием базовых поселений и портов. Основным результатом работы является оценка прогнозного грузооборота арктических морских транспортных узлов. В этой связи наряду с методами факторного и экономико-статистического анализа в исследовании применялись и экспертные подходы. : The article is devoted to problems and strategic prospects for the formation and development of the sea transport hubs in the Russian Arctic. The significance of the work is enhanced by accelerating the development of raw material resources in the Arctic, primarily hydrocarbons, as well as projections of climate change, mostly involving easing ice conditions and improve transport cross Arctic waters. In contrast, for example, from Canada, where there is also the problem of the development of marine communications in the so-called Northwest passage, in Russia, the development of the Arctic spaces is always carried out with the formation of the basic settlements and ports. The main result of the paper is to estimate the turnover of the Arctic sea transport hubs. In this regard, along with the methods of factor and the economic-statistical analysis were used in the research and expert approaches. : №1 (2018)
