Рассматривается роль якутских исследователей Андрея Александровича Попова (1902–1960), Прокопия Елисеевича Ефремова (1933–1992), Галины Григорьевны Алексеевой (1944–2007) в изучении этнографии и фольклора коренных народов Таймыра: долган, нганасан, ненцев, а также русских старожилов Таймыра (затундренских крестьян). Полевые исследования материальной и духовной культуры долган и нганасан, выполненные А.А. Поповым в 1930-е гг., выявили и зафиксировали целые пласты уникальной культуры арктических этносов, стали фундаментом для работы исследователей XX-XXI вв. Записанные им фольклорные тексты на долганском языке представляют разные жанры фольклора долган, многие из которых стали раритетами или не сохранились до наших дней. Одним из основных направлений научной деятельности П.Е. Ефремова было собирание и изучение фольклора долган, которое он производил в экспедиционных исследованиях 1960‒1970-х гг. на Таймыре. Оно завершилось академическим изданием «Фольклор долган» в серии «Памятники фольклора народов Сибири и Дальнего Востока» СО РАН. Научная работа музыковеда доктора искусствоведения Г.Г. Алексеевой по собиранию и изучению музыкального фольклора долган велась в 1980‒1990-е гг. в экспедиционных исследованиях в Хатангском районе и городе Дудинка Таймырского автономного округа. Созданные исследователем научные труды имеют большую ценность. : The article considers the role of Yakut researchers Andrey Aleksandrovich Popov (1902 – 1960), Prokopiy Eliseevich Efremov (1933–1992), and Galina Grigorievna Alekseeva (1944 – 2007) in the study of Ethnography and Folklore of the indigenous peoples of Taimyr – Dolgans, Nganasans, Nenets, as well as Russian old-time inhabitants of Taimyr (Zatundra peasants). In the 1930th A.A. Popov conducted some field researches among Taimyr natives – Dolgans and Nganasans. He considered the material and spiritual culture of these peoples, and revealed and recorded entire layers of unique culture of the Arctic ethnic groups. His ethnographic collections and publications became the basis for the work of researchers of the XX-XXI centuries. The folklore texts in the Dolgan language recorded by Popov represented different genres and types of Dolgan folklore, many of which have become rarities or have not survived to the present day. The folklorist P.E. Efremov devoted his life to collection and study of Dolgans folklore. He was active field researcher on Taimyr in 1960-1970. His academic publication “The Dolgan Folklore” in the series “Monuments of Folklore of the Peoples of Siberia and the Far East” of the Russian Academy of Sciences was the great result of his scientific work. The musicologist, Doctor of Art history G.G. Alekseyeva was working on collecting and studying Dolgan musical folklore in the 1980 – 1990. Her field works was conducted in the Khatanga district and Dudinka in the Taimyr Autonomous district (Krasnoyarskij kray).
