Рассматриваемые в статье документы относятся к концу ХIХ в. нач. XX вв., отражают особенности взаимодействия американских властей и российских государственных структур того периода в вопросе организации научных экспедиций и спасения членов этих экспедиций на территории Якутии. Целью данной работы является освещение и анализ фактографических данных об организации американских научных экспедиций в Якутии. В статье раскрываются некоторые особенности внешней политики США в отношении Русской Арктики. Результаты работы включают в себя введение в научный оборот новых сведений, основанных на архивных источниках, о работе Якутского областного управления по взаимодействию с членами иностранных экспедиций. : The published documents refer to the end of the XIX and the beginning of the XX centuries. They attract the peculiarities of American authorities and Russian state structures relations of that period in the problem of scientific expeditions organizations and saving of these expeditions members in the territory of Yakutia. The article deaths with some peculiarities of the USA foreign policy towards Russian Arctic. The aim of the given work is to highlight and analyze the factual data about the organizations of American scientific expedition into scientific new data of archive data about the work of Yakutsk regional administrations in relations with foreigners. : The published documents refer to the end of the XIX and the beginning of the XX centuries.
