The article is devoted to the role of Pyalsky usolie in the acquisition of large sea vessels (lodias) for the needs of the Solovetsky monastery. Founded in the XV century on the islands in the White Sea, the monastery needed sea vessels. During the XVI–XVII c. monastic fleet grew, reaching its heyday by the 30th of the XVII c. At the end of the XVI– first half of the XVII c. the monastery acquired sea vessels annually, it bought them, ordered their building, received them as contribution. However, the question of the acquisition of marine vessels by the Solovetsky monastery has not yet been specifically addressed in scientific research. The monastery acquired most of the lodias from the residents of the parishes along the river Onega. Based on the archival sources, the article exposes the leading role of the Pialsky service in acquiring lodias "for the monastic use" on the river Onega in the XVII century. It also reveals the names of the residents of the region, who dealt with the Piyal clerks in the orders for the making of boats or in purchasing ready-made ships. The article describes the process of buying ships as well. It shows that the acquired lodges both increased the Solovetsky fleet and were distributed among the continental salt mines which belonged to the monastery, replacing the old or unusable ships. : Статья посвящена роли Пияльского усолья в приобретении крупных морских судов (лодий) для нужд Соловецкого монастыря. Основанная в XV в. на островах в Белом море, обитель нуждалась в морских судах. На протяжении XVI–XVII вв. монастырский флот рос, достигнув своего расцвета к 30-м гг. XVII в. В конце XVI– первой половине XVII вв. обитель ежегодно приобретала морские суда: покупала, заказывала их изготовление, получала в качестве вклада. Однако вопрос о приобретении морских судов Соловецким монастырем до сих пор специально не поднимался в научных исследованиях. Большую часть лодий монастырь приобретал у жителей волостей по р. Онеге. На основе архивных источников установлена ведущая роль Пияльской службы в приобретении лодий «на монастырский обиход» на р. Онеге в XVII в., выявлены имена онежан, которым пияльские приказчики заказывали изготовление лодий или у которых покупали готовые суда, описан процесс покупки судов. В статье показано, что приобретенные лодьи не только увеличивали флот собственно монастыря, но и распределялись по материковым соляным промыслам обители, заменяли собой ветхие и вышедшие из строя суда. : №3(123) (2019)
