Summary:Year-long high-frequency time series of pH, oxygen, salinity, and temperature in two enclosed bays (Jakolof Bay and Bear Cove) in Kachemak Bay, Alaska, USA. Measurements were recorded every 3 hours from 8 October 2017 – 8 October 2018 using SeaFET autonomous sensor, onset HOBO conductivity sensor, and an autonomous PME miniDOT. pH values were derived from potentiometric mV measurements using the Nernst equation, and salinity derived from conductivity was post-processed using the HOBOware Pro software.The data is available as a single comma-seperated values (CSV) file.
