Genetic data on the relative productivity of hatchery pink salmon in a natural stream, Hogan Bay, Alaska, 2013-2016

This study was conducted to understand the potential fitness effects of hatchery strays on the reproductive success of a natural stock of pink salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) in Hogan Bay, Alaska. These .csv files contain genotypes for 298 single nucleotide polymorphism amplicons and corresponding m...

These .csv files contain genotypes for 298 single nucleotide polymorphism amplicons and corresponding metadata (otolith-origin, sample date) for nearly 8,000 individuals. Genotypes were generated using Genotyping-in-Thousands by sequencing methods adapted from Campbell et al. 2015. Samples and field data were collected by Prince William Sound Science Center in the summers of 2013-2016 and genotyped in 2018 by the Gene Conservation Lab at the Alaska Department of Fish and Game.
