The data also includes shellfish tissue homogenization details including date of tissue homogenization, and tissue weights (pre and post drained); and toxin extraction details including extraction date, the tissue weight and volume used for extraction, and pH values measured during extraction. Toxin results for Abraxis ELISA were analyzed by Kodiak Seafood and Marine Science Center Laboratory and toxin results for HPLC were analyzed by Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) Environmental Health Laboratory (EHL) by post column oxidation (PCOX) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) – PCOX HPLC/Fluorescence.
