The analysis of historical experience of state policy intervention in family relations can serve as a basis for modeling the future. In the last 30-50 years of the 20th century, a boarding school system was introduced for children of northern peoples who lead a nomadic lifestyle. Researchers have noted that the violation of child-parent relationships has led to a number of significant psychological problems, including in family relationships and violation of ethnic identity.
