В статье рассматривается проблема развития этнопсихологической компетентности (далее - ЭПК) руководителей органов внутренних дел на примере МВД по Республике Саха (Якутия) и МВД по Республике Тыва и их учет в процессе формирования социально-психологического климата в служебных коллективах ОВД. Объектом исследования явилась этнопсихологическая компетентность руководителей территориальных органов внутренних дел. Предмет исследования - сущность, структура и содержание процесса развития ЭПК руководителей территориальных органов внутренних дел. Целью исследования является проведение сравнительного анализа развития ЭПК руководителей подразделений МВД по Республике Саха (Якутия) и МВД по Республике Тыва. Результаты исследования позволили определить этнопсихологическую компетентность руководителей ОВД как одну из ведущих интегративных составляющих их управленческой деятельности, выражающуюся в способности к системному и динамичному проявлению комплекса этнопсихологических знаний, умений, навыков, необходимых для сплочения полиэтнического коллектива в целях эффективного решения задач, возложенных на органы и подразделения системы МВД России. : The article considers the problem of development of ethno-psychological competence of heads of internal Affairs bodies on the example of the Ministry of internal Affairs for the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) and the Ministry of interior of the Republic of Tyva and their accounting in the process of formation of socio-psychological climate in the service teams ATS. The object of the study was the ethno-psychological competence of the heads of the territorial bodies of internal affairs. The subject of the study is the essence, structure and content of the process of development EPC of heads of territorial internal affairs bodies. The aim of the study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the development of EPA of heads of departments of internal Affairs of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Ministry of interior of the Republic of Tyva. The results showed to determine the ethnopsychological competence of the managers of the ATS as one of the leading integrative components of their management activities, expressed in the ability to systemic and dynamic manifestation of the complex ethno-psychological knowledge and skills required for the cohesion of multi-ethnic team in order to effectively solve the tasks assigned to authorities and units of the interior Ministry of Russia.
