В статье представлен опыт работы Института медико-биологических исследований Северного (Арктического) федерального университета имени М.В. Ломоносова по организации дистанционного консультирования (ДК) детей и подростков с эмоциональными и поведенческими нарушениями в отдаленных северных территориях. Рассмотрены наиболее используемые форматы ДК, категории и классы, а также меры по защите информации при телеконсультациях. Представлена модель региональной сети дистанционного консультирования детей с эмоциональными и поведенческими нарушениями, состоящая из двух ресурсных центров и региональных психолого-медико-педагогических комиссий в муниципальных образованиях Архангельской области. Отражён вклад научно-исследовательских и учебно-методических результатов работы института в развитие ДК в регионе на современном мировом уровне. : The article presents the experience of the Institute of Biomedical Research of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov on the organization of remote counseling (RC) of children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders in remote northern territories. The most used RC formats, categories and classes, as well as measures to protect information during teleconsultations are considered. A model of a regional network of remote counseling for children with emotional and behavioral disorders, consisting of two resource centers and regional psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions in municipalities of the Arkhangelsk region, is presented. Reflects the contribution of research and teaching results of the Institute in the development of RC in the region at the modern world level.
