Рассматривается история развития международных морских коммуникаций в Северном Ледовитом океане, прежде всего, становление Северного морского пути. Описывается подход России к продвижению национальных интересов в вопросе организации судоходства в акватории Севморпути и развития транспортно-логистического потенциала региона. В работе использованы системный, исторический и институциональный подходы. : The article examines the history of the development of international maritime communications in the Arctic Ocean and the formation of the Northern Sea Route. The article describes Russia's approach to the promotion of national interests in the organization of navigation in the Northern Sea Route and the development of the transport and logistics potential of the region. Systemic, historical and content analysis and institutional approaches are used in the article.
