В статье рассматривается вопрос влияния индустриальных проектов, затрагивающих целостность охотничьих угодий, на состояние численности охотничьих зверей и птиц охотничьих ресурсов. На основании анализа сравнительных данных о численности охотничьих ресурсов в различных экономических зонах Республики Саха (Якутия) формулируется вывод об отсутствии закономерного снижения численности с ростом промышленного присутствия. В статье обращается внимание на отсутствие законодательных основ обязательной компенсации убытков охотпользователям, чьи угодья подвержены воздействию антропогенных факторов, связанных с деятельностью промышленных предприятий. В настоящее время компенсацию потерь от утраты охотничьих ресурсов получают только охотпользователи из числа коренных малочисленных народов Севера. В статье предлагается не только усовершенствовать методологию оценки убытков охотпользователей, но и разработать механизм, благодаря которому компенсационные выплаты будут направляться самим охотпользователям для проведения воспроизводственных мероприятий, направленных на рост численности охотничьих ресурсов. : The article discusses the impact of industrial projects affecting the integrity of hunting grounds on the state of the number of hunting animals and birds, i.e. hunting resources. Due to the analysis of comparative data on the number of hunting resources in various economic zones of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the conclusion is formulated that there is no regular decrease in the number with an increase in the industrial presence. The article draws attention to the lack of a legislative framework for mandatory compensation of losses to hunters whose lands are subject to anthropogenic factors associated with the activities of industrial enterprises. Currently, only hunting users from among the indigenous peoples of the North receive compensation for the losses from the loss of hunting resources. The article proposes that the methodology for estimating the losses of hunting users should be improved, and that a mechanism, by which compensation payments will be sent to the hunting users themselves for reproduction activities aimed at increasing the number of hunting resources, should be developed.
