Summary:The total horizontal power spectrum calculated from the horizontal components of 250Hz induction coil data from Kilpisjärvi station (69.052°N 20.785°E) for 3 March 2016. Basic parameters used in the analysis: FFT length 16384 points, overlap 10220 points. Time resolution 24.6s and frequency resolution 15.3 mHz. Session parameters and compressed power spectrum in own MATLAB 5.0 files. The data is used to generate power spectrum figure covering the frequency band up to 1.5Hz from 19:30UT to 23:40UT in paper "Precipitating electron energy spectra and auroral power estimation by incoherent scatter radar with high temporal resolution" by Habtamu W. Tesfaw et al. accepted in Journal of Geophysical Research: Space Physics.
